i return powersupply to working TV , now its not work its boot on repeat loop only backlight

what's this mean?? there is pin on power supply named fail count, is this mean power supply have eeprom to store fail and how to bypass this?

      Re: Samsung 65MU7350 problem

i think its not problem with power supply, main board need to reset?

i tried to reset flash and eeprom , i don't know what's flash using for? i shorted firstly upper flash with shorted nreset with sda , then tried with eeprom same method.

      is this wrong?

My local service repair same problem without change any board , then its reset problem as i think

            Re: Samsung 65MU7350 problem

So both power supply are BN44-00932A?
They cannot be the same since in your post #1 you said "i took powersupply with same connector for mainboard and put it on MU one without connect backlight because connector different"
And "i return powersupply to working TV , now its not work its boot on repeat loop only backlight" so the working TV is also not working now or what, it is confusing.
We also need the pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the board.
If you disconnect the cable between the main board and the power supply board, do the backlights come on and stay on as long as the Tv is plugged into the AC outlet?

That indicates problem on the panel itself which can be as simple as shorted caps on the tab bonding board or worst case will be the shorted COF.

I do not know what else to tell you.
BTW, you are talking about the ribbon cables between the T-CON board and the LCD panel, correct?
May be you should show the pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards.

your first TV 65MU7350 was SPI Flash firmware which they flash it again on the eeprom.

yours second TV 65NU7100 which you used the PWB to test your first one. you said the plug from PWB to MB are same.. this is not true. the size & type are same but the PIN may not same assignment. so post photo on yours 65NU7100 PWB especially on the socket to compare it with yours first post photo.

okay.. the pins are same. yours 65NU7100 had T-CON its on the panel Tap installed. the cable you disconnected from MB to Panel are LVDS. not ribbon .
you did short contact on the MB?
try to reset the LVDS again. and tell if you can put the TV in stand by mode

reset it mean plug them out from both side and plug them back again .

also plug out the TV from wall socket.. keep it out foe awhile.. then press power on the TV side panel.. keep press then plug it back to wall socket.. keep press the power until the LED indicator changed to RED color

Fixed a 9 year old UN55JU650 by replacing backlight. Original backlight LED was still working after 27k! hours but terrible picture of course. Few LEDs were out, 5-6 lens fell off (bright white spots) and another few popped off with slightest force. Surviving LEDs were all slightly blue so picture has a blue tint.

This TV runs older Tizen OS (updated to latest version, see pic) and have problems with network (wifi or ethernet) connection. The Tizen UI frequently switch to coax input source while changing content sources. . If no good signal (coax not connected, no prior antenna/cable...

My 40 inch Samsung TV suddenly went off.

I check the powersupply and has blown fuse. I checked the bridge rectifier and found shorted so i removed it but it was good out of the board. I noticed the Mosfet K10a60w was shorted and i replaced it. Also checked the output diodes and found 2 in parallel shorted. I removed both legs and determined only 1 of them is shorted hence i replaced it.

I tried to plug it and good the fuse did not blow. I get 310V from the primary caps. However i dont get any voltage from the secondary output.

                                          What could be the problem...
