Could someone tell me what output voltage I should see from a samsung led tv power supply board. tv model un50j6200afxza, board #bn44-00772a. Currently I am seeing 2.4, 2.4, 2.4, 2.4 and 0 vdc on top 5 pins and 0, 0, .8, 0, 0 on lower 5 pins. Tv will not power up an no standby light. Thanx for any help available.

all the information should be printed on the board, check the voltage on JP817
The first thing you need is standby voltage, without it you will have nothing.
The plugs have numbers IE: CNL802, and pin numbers are identified, pin 1 D+
