That K9GAG08U0E is the part number of the flash chip. No wonder you don't find anything. You need to post your model number of the TV. Something like UE32D5500 for example.

sorry its samsung ue40d5520 its on restart loop, this nand ic may be faulty

google maybe something like "ue40d5520 dump" that set has an EEPROM and a NAND. Your nand is faulty. Maybe there is some vendor that sells the Nand pre programmed. You may have to match with the main board number. It starts with BNxx-something. Maybe post a dump request into the EEPROM dump threat here: https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=59877

i have bought 4 from different sellers on ebay, and all still done the same once replaced,
i dont think they are programed at all

Does the auction state that the NAND is specifically programmed for your TV? Or are you buying empty ICs for which you need to program yourself?

since you have a programmer, take the nand out, read it and save the dump. Erase the nand. Then do a blank check on the nand. See how many sectors are bad.

that is what I would do. I'd order a new blank nand IC and in the meanwhile I'd look and ask for a nand dump for that TV. If by the time the new IC comes, no dump was found, I'd try copying the saved file from the old nand into the new nand, put that back onto the main board and see what's happening after you turn on the TV.

BTW. what happens if you read the nand after you freeze it with a can of air upside down?
