by cubytusHi to all,
I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.
I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.
Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...1 Photo01-10-2024, 01:26 AM -

Hi Everyone,
I've been working on repairing this beautiful CRT monitor off and on for the past several months and I'm really at a loss for what might be causing the problem.
Unlike other common Horizontal Deflection issues which result in a steady vertical line, when I turn the monitor on, there is a pulsing (somewhat segmented) vertical line. I've attached a photo that shows the issue (difficult to capture without video)....4 Photos-

Unlike other common Horizontal Deflection issues which result in a steady vertical line, when I turn the monitor on, there is a pulsing (somewhat segmented) vertical line. The monitor itself is branded as a P225f, but it turns out that it's actually a Pf815 that has an Add-On smallish PCB that expands it to support...4 Photos -
by Raulnngood evening!!! I have this tv with a line that occupies 1 or 2 pixels in width. it has a solution? Can you do a test to find out if it's a panel or something else? Having the tcon integrated into the panel makes everything difficult. I have pushed on the flex attached to the panel, on both sides and there are no changes. I don't know what else I can do... the integrated ones that go on the flex get hot, but without burning yourself if you put your finger on it. to see if someone can help me. I attached a detail photo of the line. Thanks in advance...
