good evening!!! I have this tv with a line that occupies 1 or 2 pixels in width. it has a solution? Can you do a test to find out if it's a panel or something else? Having the tcon integrated into the panel makes everything difficult. I have pushed on the flex attached to the panel, on both sides and there are no changes. I don't know what else I can do... the integrated ones that go on the flex get hot, but without burning yourself if you put your finger on it. to see if someone can help me. I attached a detail photo of the line. Thanks in advance

Re: Hisense LTDN40D36EU thin black vertical line
check the little mlc caps on the panel driver boards for shorts or very low ohms, might not be the problem but easy enough to check.Comment

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....-

by cubytusHi to all,
I was given this TV, an entry-level 4K 50" set. Some have criticized its lack of contrast and relatively poor colour rendering, but for my needs, it's very decent.
I reset everything to factory settings, but this line keeps on fading in and out when watching a streaming channel from the Tizen firmware. Interestingly, it only happens when TV is warm, after about 1h45 of it being turned on.
Watching a movie from an external source doesn't trigger the line as easily (needs 2 hours), and from a normal viewing distance, is hardly noticeable. It...1 Photo01-10-2024, 01:26 AM -
