I have scoured this forum and have checked the following:
Caps - none visually burst or bulging
Solder - I've soldered the most common locations of cracked solder. All appears good
The main board and t-con both look good as well.
Cables all good, no bent pins, all plugged in tight.
Eliminated frame mounted controls - made no difference.
LEDs are all functioning.
Good picture with computer connected via HDMI.
This unit is turning on just fine. I can control it with the remote or the frame mounted controls. If it's left on, it will turn off within 30-90 seconds, sometimes longer, but never longer than five minutes. After the TV clicks off, it immediately clicks on again and the above cycle repeats.
When the power cord is disconnected, the relay clicks, then a couple seconds later it will click twice and then clicks twice again before it's completely off and quiet.
I'm far from an expert, but I suspect a bad cap, but like I said, no bad caps are visible. I scoured the board with a magnifier and can detect nothing.
Any help to narrow the problem down would be appreciated.
