Quadro TV only reacting to ON / OFF button on remote

    Hi guys,
I have a Quadro 32'' TV set brought by a friend that can only be turned on/off on the remote, it doesn't react to any other remote keys, we tried the universal remote and it also does the same, turns on /off and nothing else.

I tried the "joystick" button on the motherboard and it can do vol up / vol down / source select.

Can it be that a "child lock" is enabled and its forbidding pressing of the other keys? Anyone had that situation?

    Model: Quadro 32pn42t2hevc
    Motherboard is Vestel 17MB110.

Did you try any resets, easy one is unplug for 5 minutes, then try it.

Could be you need to pair the remote with the tv, they may lose pairing from time to time, can not find anything about this tv online.
