There seem to be 3 control lines, Pwr_On which obviously turns on the main voltages. Then there are 2 more, ACD straight across from the Pwr_On, and also DPC in the upper left top pin. DPC measured around 3.8V but unfortunately I did not get a reading on DPC because I didn't notice it until just now. I have the power board in front of me but the rest of the TV is across town. Thanks much for the reply, and any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately I don't know what DPC means either.
Maybe a Protection Signal?

I checked the power PCB and can conclude the DPC is an input signal to the power board. It controls at least a couple of things, one via an optocoupler.

Question is what it controls. Anyone got any clue?

Hello friend thank you for register to this forum.
I have this problem.

1- 24v go to 0v If have connected 4 flat cable panel and TV have only audio. And result D18 shorted.

If disconnect 24v cable to tcon have this: TV on only audio. And result d18shorted.
Vpres have short circuits, if disconnect 4 flat cable the diode D18 result good.
Vpres is shorted and connected to tcon lock the 24v in protection. Have solution for investigate this little board?
