    Envision L32W761

I have an Envision L32W761 TV with a broken LCD screen. The TV powers on, and I want to repurpose it as a light. I've removed mostly everything, but I am unable to figure out how to bypass the main board. I don't which pin controls the power-on function of the power supply board, part number 24200E4P (not labeled well).

The wires on the left go to the backlights.

The wires on the right go to the main board.
    Pins 1 & 2 - marked 15V, but not used
    Pins 3 & 4 - marked 12V, measure
    Pins 5 & 6 - marked 5V, measure 5.3V
    Pins 7 & 8 & 9 - marked GND - continuity checks out
Pins 10 & 11 & 12 - not marked - measures no voltage (When plugged in, but not on)
    Pin 13 - Not used

    When turned on
    Pin 10 - measures 3v
    Pin 11 - measures 1.9v
    Pin 12 - measures 3.3

I've tried hooking up the 5v from 5 & 6 to each and all of 10, 11, & 12, but it didn't turn on. I've also used a voltage regulator to give 3.3 volts to 10 & 12, and a voltage divider to get 1.9v to pin 11. It still won't power on.

I then re-connected the main board, and everything turned on, so I know I didn't damage anything.

Any help identifying what I need to do to bypass the main board would be appreciated.
