Working on this LED TV.
TV started with sound issues, would make like interference noise. One day it just did not turn on anymore.
Replaced the power board already but no change in symptoms. TV makes no sound, has no picture but pwr LED is on. Upon remote power on, the pwr LED goes brighter and then slowly dims to off. The pwr LED does come on and goes off infrequently.
On the main board connector J4 at top of board shows 18V on pin 1-4. I only measure 17.5V. Would that be an issue?
Pin 9, PS-on, has no value printed but I measure 3.3V.
Pin 10, BL-on, never shows any voltage.
Is there some measurements to determine bad main board or bad BL LED?
