LG 40UB800V takes long to turn on

as said, TV takes long to turn on when cold. warmer it gets - faster it switches on. Capacitors are checked, they are ok.
maybe it's a strange idea but could it be resistors that work normally only when they are warm? some of resistors checked show me more resistance (sometimes even twice) than should according to color codes. have never checked them, have no idea if it's a normal thing
    thank you!
by the way, powerboard is EAX65942801(1.6)
    thank you

This is often a sign but not always a sign of capacitors needing to be changed. Use a hair dryer on the power supply and warm up the capacitors to see if you can find which one may be affected.

It's internal resistance drops allowing it to charge up to it nominal voltage.
