2 Blaupunkt mainboards interchangeability

Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to repair a Blaupunkt 32/56i-gb-1b-hbkup-de type tv.
The main board is T.MSD309.B21B, display is LC320WXN SC B1, flash ic is h5tq1g63dfr
Unfortunately the main cpu is dead, so I bought a working mainboard from the same type. Although the board is the same, it was in another tv. It was in a 39/68i-gb-1b-fhbku-de
Unfortunately I don't have any schematics for these boards, so can someone help me out, what should I change on the boards, to make it work?
Without any modifications, I plugged it in the tv, it started, switched on the backlights, but gave no picture.
My logic would say, I must change the eprom, flash and everything that is related to the tcon driving. But I need someone to confirm this.
Earlier I successfully made this on a Lg mainboard, where I had a schematic, and could identify what are the differences between the two boards.

You could try swapping the EEPROM (UF11) and also check that the link under CN4 which sets 12V or 5V is set identically to the original board.

So I made progress today. Sorry for the long delay, I had a lot of work.
The tv is up and running, but I must tell you, finding the correct eprom .bin was not easy at all. As I was so unlucky, that not only the cpu went wrong on the original board, but the eprom as well.
I leave a link here, to the dump thread, where I posted the working version.

As for the topic: the two mainboards are completely interchangeable, you only need to reflash the eprom with the correct program.
