need help for samsung uhd

need help about connecting one connect mini in samsung uhd
when i connect to tv its restarts after 2 mins and tell ONE CONNECT MINI HAS BEEN DISSCONECTED even is still connected
any advice

Maybe they are not compatible and cannot work together.
