Panasonic Blown PSU fuse - th-l37u20z

Heya people! As above the main fuse close to the incoming AC has blown. Everything looks fine visually but am not 100% sure on what to test. Having a poke around doesn't show anything obvious but am running on very limited knowledge. Any help appreciated!

My limited experience has found that shorts on the main fuse are caused by shorts on FETs typically mounted on heatsinks. Bit difficult to troubleshoot without a schematic. Start by checking the bridge rectifier output for a short and then check all FETs and diodes.

Check the resistance across the ~ & ~ of the bridge rectifier, that's the two center leads, then check across the + & - of the bridge, two outside leads.
If there is a short across the ~~ leads, there could be a shorted bridge or a shorted mov. if the short is across the +-, check for a shorted fet.
