KDL52w4100 Broken - No power or standby light

I have a KDL52w4100 with no blinking lights or any signs of life, however i have 3V at the connector going to the logic board but no power on any of the other wires at this connector. (e.g. 12v UNREG, 12VREG...etc) thoughts? Logic board? Power supply?

I tried a replacement power supply but i dont even get 3V on the standby wire connector going to the logic board. Maybe the replacement power supply is broken.

Replaced the main board using my orignal power supply, power came on, then showed 14 red blinks. I unplugged the TV now it just shows green light for a second then nothing again. Maybe the main board is not the correct version, it looks slightly diff and has diff numbers?

If the Main Bd. you tried looks different and have different numbers then it will not work. So you are getting the 3.3V StandBy on the PSU, correct?

Yes I have 3.3
It does look slightly diff. I am confused about the numbers. The board and part numbers are the same but the little white sticker has some diff. Numbers. The seller indicated my serial number range but the most apparent diff is my hdmi ports have a ton cover and a lot of the ones I found including this one do not.

The tv did show some life but not fixed. Now it's kust green light when I plug it in and then nothing. The other main board nothing all together. At first the screen did turn on but all weird and then it went off with 14 blinks over and over. As soon as I unplugged it never blinked again
