LG 50PS60 Strange Picture

Photos attached. Set turns on fine, all Voltages seem ok. First thought was Z sustain so replaced that board with no resolve, same issue. Attached are photos of Test Pattern and actual picture issue. Issue is also on OSD and when you change the Contrast/brightness, you can almost make it watchable on some settings.

Have you checked the Vsc and -Vy voltages? If they are ok, try adjusting Set-Up & Set-Dn slightly and see if it makes a difference, (mark the pots so you know where they were originally)

Thanks!. Like I mentioned all voltages were ok as per the service manual I had access to, all done on a white-wash screen.

UPDATE! Tv is fixed - Removed YZUS board and found bad solder connection on one of the mylar capacitors near high voltage section, Didnt recall the Component number but attached is photo. Soldered some other connections that looked similar. Thanks for your help.
