+10...Yes it is true. A lot of LGs have a BGA issue and reflowing with a hot air station at 350C for ten (10) minutes worked for me on many LGs recently, especially those LW series. Keep the hot air steady on the BGA chip. Of course remove the heatsink and tape from off the IC. Before reinstalling verify none of the components under the chip has been moved or shifted.

Yes, I can confirm this, the problem was in main bga chip, I took it off the board, 1/3 of the pads on cpu were different colour, without balls on them, like cpu had heating issues. Put the new balls, resolderd it, works fine for two days allready... Tried with hotair and flux, didn't do anything.. Replaced balls after taking off cpu and reinstaling it on an ic rework station, and it works... I assume hot air didnt do anything because of condition of pads on cpu. I will call this succesful, and i would like to thank you for pointing me to solution
