thank u. i have al ready the service manual of the main board im looking the power supply diagram (yp2632t)

the strange is that i measured the standby 5v voltage and was ok (about 4.8v)
then i pressed the power button and suddenly it turn on.
i closed it after few minutes and tried to open again but didnt turn on this time.
i measured again the standby and when i pressed the button again it turned on.
so everytime that dont turn on and i take a measurement with the multimeter it turns on.
something must be charged after the measurement.

      any ideas now ?

connection or solder connection on the pin your testing? maybe also worth checking the esr/uf rating on the capacitors on the power supply
a quick read of this thread does suggest it might be a capacitor issue too so i would fully re cap the power supply
