    Philips 40PFT4009/12


    I have this LED tv that starts as soon as I connect it to a power source.

    Philips logo comes up every 25 seconds. TV keeps restarting. Any ideas?

    sounds like a main board problem to me.

      I have a SHARP LED TV doing the same thing. I am waiting on delivery of a new Main Bd. I couldn't figure what or where the problem lie. My guess is BGA chip. Too difficult to replace. So yes...you do have a Main Bd problem

        Update firmware using the usb slot or the service slot
