I have one of these in for repair. Watch out, the schematic looks wrong around the low voltage side of the circuit.
Starting with the feedback opto IC102, the drop resistor should go to one of the DC supplies (usually either the 12v or 24v) to try and regulate them (not just loop back on itself around IC102). The power on switch transistor pull-down diode D203 shouldn't join to the lower side of R204, there should be a diode between T101 and QM201, the coils of the transformer T101 have no earthing and they are wired back to back for the 24V and 12v (it's just silly). Either there is an earth connected coil central to both, strung out one side for both or the coil is tapped for the 12v and also connects to the low voltage feed coil for D204/IC202.
I will spec out the board as I look at it for repair and will try to upload a corrected version for this area of the circuit.
