TCL 32S3750 fails to power on

I have a TCL 32S3750 which fails to power on. No standby lights or anything. This started occurring after a storm (Hurricane Harvey!). No visible signs of damage and I think the caps are all mostly flat. Here's a few pics:



One or two might be a little bulgy? I'm not really sure.


Main cap seems ok


I'm not sure where to start, though the main cap reads about 160V.

Nevermind on this one. I found the whole board for $13 shipped.

did you confirm that you have your ps/on signal from the main board first?
