ATVIO with a bad power supply. Help, please!

Hello! I have in my shop an ATVIO 32" chinese piece of crap with a bad power supply. Motherboard and power supply are in the same board.

The TV turns on, blue led indicating all OK, but no lights. Quick flash when powering up and then nothing. I've got picture. Already tested all the leds and they are OK. Fuses are not blown. So the problem must be in the power supply section of the board, right?

Found no schematics, no manuals, no parts, nothing on line! This TV is assembled in Mexico (VIVA MEXICO!!) but all the parts are chinese. I hope the pictures are clear enough and I also hope that you can help me with this repair.

    Thanks in advance!

You sure led's are good? You measured voltage of led's on power on?
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

if this panel only has 1 string of led's, i would pull the panel to see what they are doing.
WHY CAN'T PHILIPS USE PHILLIPS HEAD SCREWS?

Already took the thing apart and back together again.

The panel has 3 strings of leds, all of them light up both individually with 3V and as a string with 24V. I measured the voltage on the board when it's on (at the leds connector) and it gives me very low voltages (something like 3 or 5V).

I'm not that tech saavy when it comes to electronics, I mainly exchange broken parts (displays, digitizers, etc.), and the shop's main activity is computers, laptops, smartphones and the ocasional TV.

        Thanks for the quick replies!
