60 inch LG Plasma 66PB6600 Screen Burn In / Image retention

Hello, I got this LG 66PB6600 tv where ysus and buffers were blown and causing no picture but sound ok problem. After Ysus and buffers were repaired by one of ebay repair guys picture is back and tv works but there is severe screen burn in or image retention problem. repair guy never replaced burned up small capacitor on buffer board, he said its not "needed" Dont know if this tv had this burn in problem before, got this tv on craiglist. This happens even if static image -menu is only displayed for 10- seconds and is quite noticeable.

Image retention gets shown thru and its noticeable after screen/channel changes. Also when tv is shut off and after hours or day when powered on you can see faint images that were last "burned in" hours or day before. Burn in does change spots and displaying "no signal/static picture for few minutes gets rid of it. I adjusted VS and Va voltages and they are spot on. 205V/55V. Even tweaked them up high/low but still same image retention problem. I adjusted Vbias and other adjustment on Ysus and also on Zsus (replaced zsus-same problem) to get rid of green/blue/pink specles and it looks better for specles but i get still severe image retention even if i get into menu for 10 seconds. This tv is from 2014 and should not be this bad with image retention. I did test pattern on logic board and specles are visible in test mode. I get way more green/blue/pink specles in bottom corners of screen when tv is cold.

Also I noticed when tv is shut off screen kinda fades away from middle of screen out, you know from screen on black to black/green plasma screen glass color, never seen this on plasma (actually never looked for it in others). it happens in like 0.2 seconds but it has this little fades away effect.

I worked on plasma tvs, got them also where they had burn in but from years of CNN or local news channel but never had one where burn in/ image retention is "instant" .

    Any suggestions? Thanks

see if there is a white was in the advance menu
Either that record a white background on your pvr and put on pause and feed the tv with a white static image for a few hours

Burn in is different from image retention. No set is "too new" to have a retention problem if there is a fault in the drive circuitry.

I think your ysus was not fully repaired and I bet if you put a scope on it it wouldn't match a healthy waveform as listed in the service docs.

image retention is burn in , to fix as per my previous post
Ysus will not cause image retention due to burn in

OK guys, thanks for reply but still not clear what is wrong here. By "tv is newer" I meant not old 2007 plasma tvs where screens had burn in problem. I am at loss here and not sure what is causing this image retention/burn in problem. When tv is playing video it looks beautiful, vivid colors, fast motion, etc but if something is in same place for about 10 seconds (when i open menu and leave it on for 10 seconds) i can see where it was previously when channel is switched. by the time i find something on youtube i can see youtube logo from previous menu. when tv is turned off then on few hours later or day later i can see outline and shape of what ever was last on screen for little longer like no signal box or settings menu.
