Hello All,
Having some issues with my 55" Samsung LED, Model UN55B6000VFXZA. Turned it on one day and the screen stayed black and then some red and yellow horizontal lines slowly stated to show on parts of the screen. Each time I turn the TV off and back on again this happens. The Colored lines are sometimes in different locations and can be more intense with a little bit of blue as well.
Also want to note, I am unable to use remote or buttons on TV to access menu, setting, change inputs, etc., or at least unable to see them due to the screen. Also, once in a blue moon before all this happened the TV would turn off on its on. Never did it when watching the TV, just when it was idle for a while so not sure if it is a feature for the TV. Seemed random to me.
I have already tried replacing the T-Con board, Main board and Power board resulting in no change with the issue. Hoping someone has thoughts on what else it could be that I can try to replace.
I have experience with rebuilding computers, but not TV's. Seems to be an easy transition so far and willing to get my hands dirty, just need help with the right direction to take.
Thanks in advance for your expertise, thoughts, and comments. i will try to update the post with pictures if needed.
Michael
