Vestel 17MB95S-1 17IPS11 Short strange Picture

    Hi Guys!

Have you ever seen a problem like this?
    http://workupload.com/file/8vdPpDK
    Mainboard or t-con fail?

This is my 32" 3D LED TV with Vestel Mainboard and PSU.
    17IPS11 and 17MB95S-1

    Best regards

Looks like backlights are going off. Would need voltages from powerboard connector to main. Also I assume you live in Europe. Would be nice to know what country or what voltage you use.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
          Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
          1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
          2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
          3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
          4 - etc.

              Hi!

If I turn on the TV, it often that the Power-ON LED flashes only. I turn it off and on again (3-4 times), then the background comes for a second.

PINS: What? StandBy Start Flashs only

                Disconnect set from power.
Disconnect main board from power supply

                Using your table above.
                Use a 1K resistor between Pin5 & Pin3
                Short Pin2 to 0V (Pin 10)

With the main board still disconnected switch on set and check all your voltages and that the backlight is on.

I suspect a led problem since you say that the led voltage peaks at 84V and then falls.

Hi again! I found 22 LED and each one works.

                    Another idea?

                    Regards!

How did you test them and did you check that all the connections/connectors had continuity which is another problem with led strips?

Can you post focused pictures of the power supply top and bottom especially around the led output section

With panel off power and main connected you should be able to power it on and watch all leds to see if they all work. If you are checking individually it is not reliable test.
