You need to have the connector in place so we can see if the main board is sending the correct signals or not, you can probe the connector from the back side where the wires go in.
And those numbers do not make any sense since one row is for the odd number pins and another row is for the Even number pins.
And without the name of the pins those Voltages do not really mean anything to us much.
Pin 1 = B13 = ???? V
Pin 3 = B13 = ???? V
Pin 5 = Vamp = ???? V
Pin 7 = Vamp = ???? V
Pin 9 = GND
Pin 11 = B5V = ???? V
Pin 13 = B5V = ???? V
Pin 2 = P-DIM = ???? V
Pin 4 = B13V = ???? V
Pin 6 = BLU-ON = ???? V
Pin 8 = GND
Pin 10 = GND
Pin 12 = A5V = ???? V
Pin 14 = PS-ON = ???? V
If you look at what I put up above then you can easily see what are missing or what are not correct.
