Sharp lc-60eq10u black spot on screen

Has anyone seen this before ?
the picture itself has issues but before i go throwing time and parts into it if the panel itself is bad it`s pointless.

you can try disconnecting some of the cables to see if the result is different. In particular, there are cables in the bottom corner on each side connecting the bottom edge boards to the side drivers. My guess is that its a tcon problem but could be a tab driver problem that is "loading" down the panel.

Those lines on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen spinning horizontally are indicative of a failed panel. Almost looks like it could be cracked it's hard to tell with the black spot.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?
