Panasonic TH-42px75 Solid red led no codes

Hello! I have a th-42px75u which does not power on but gives me a solid red light. I can hear 2 quick clicks then a third one when I press power button. With the tv plugged in I get 0 volts on pin 1 of P11, P2, P5, P6, P7 which are the ones I've tested so far and according to the schematic on the service manual there should be 15v at least on p5, p6 and p7. C611 and C446 don't look puffed but they don't look super flat either, I don't know if that's normal on such a big cap. Any help will be appreciated.

No one ever had this "Not blinking any codes" problem? Just a solid red led and 3 clicks.

pictures of boards, pictures of all of them to see how they are connected, picture of the connector going from psu to mainboard and a picture of the logic board plz.

Did you try to force on the psu without the mainboard? test pattern test?

The 'clicks' suggests to me that the PSU is OK. The domed top on the main cap is normal. I would remove the jack from the PSU to the Y-sus Bd and see if Vs and Va come up.
