Vestel 17ips20 said goodbye

It happened again.
Our 40" Vestel TV has said goodbye.
He is completely dead, no standby light.
The ReeceyBurger123 youtube video i have seen.
A Vestel 17IPS20 is installed. The fuse and diodes aren´t short.
At the two 450V capacitors are only 24V.
Secundary side also dead.
Can someone help me?

Sounds like you got a dud unit buddy or one for a different mainboard. You cannot use a IPS20 for 17MB95 on a 17MB82 for example if thats alright you have a bad board from the seller.

No, the 32" (link) is (was) the bedroom-TV.
This is the 40" livingroom.
Both a little bit older than two years... nice quality

Test Q216, C525 and C127 for S/C got the same bloody set here now dead those parts are bad. Also sorry I read it wrong as I thought you said you brought another and its dead.

Test Q216, C525 and C127 for S/C got the same bloody set here now dead those parts are bad. Also sorry I read it wrong as I thought you said you brought another and its dead.

I changed Q216.
My circuit has no C525 and no C396. It is a R6 psb (https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...1&d=1477225837).
How can i test smd caps (C127)?
