So i came into this sharp aquos lc-70le757u with 1 fast and 1 short blink on the power light..before i crack it open i will try the reset with -vol +ch and power wile plugging in...anyone have any good ideas with this model and those codes? i didnt come across this model/codes while googling...any tips would be great, as this is a big monster to move around lol

ok, so an update, did the -vol+chn and power while plugging in, and its been working for a few hours now....what would cause the tv to have 1 long flash and 1 quick flash....and could it just be a fluke it went in error mode?or could there be something more sinister lurking lol...thanks! -

likely issue was that there was a powering issue with the environment. There are certain errors counts that add up during startup and if exceeded throw the code. I think you can get into the service menu and look at the counts. They may point to which one (and others) that the system is seeing. My guess is potentially the set has an issue with backlighting powering which may or may not crop up again depending on the environment.Comment
