Replaced mainboard removed dvd tv turns on then off and loops on and off . I have a green power light and it keeps turning on and off . If i reconnect the dvd cables it stay on but then the buttons on tv dont change to the other inputs like hdmi or the tuner . If i can get the looping to stop then the buttons will work again . but when dvd is connected buttons wont work with stay on . The only way Ive fixed it was to remove the dvd and the buttons work

I used old board to get it to switch to hdmi then i put new board in was able to get buttons to work on tv to switch it to hdmi 1 . Tv works great no solarizing at all all fixed with 7 dollar plus 3 dollars to ship it to me . It did not want to switch with new board unless i used the old board tried it with old one then after I got it to switch to hdmi I just put new one in and starting moving the channel + button to change the screen to hdmi with new one I had to do it fast or it might lock up on .All good new board in .My wife has a new tv to watch in her room So I upgraded the tv from tube to this lcd 32 inch for her .We can use the hdmi port now and I can just buy a hdmi switch box if I wanted to add more inputs if I dont like messing with the toggling to other ports on tv. Im guessing this tv some sort of firmware issues with the dvd but she just watches cable shows.
