Plasma tv 60PM9700 no video has backlight

NO video, no OSD, has backlight. Can't seem to locate a schematic. I am leaning toward the main board but don't really know. Would love to get to the place where I can do component level repair on a SMD main board. The T-Con board at location D101 this diode is flashing. ONe long, one short, one long, one short. anyone know what that means?
power led does blink twice, when you first turn the tv on.

Could be bad sustain boards, bad buffers, or a bad Logic board. This is a plasma TV so what you are referring as the T-con is actually called a logic board.
We are going to need a lot more information about your symptoms and your TV in order to figure out what is going on here. Do you have a multimeter available to you, and do you know how to take voltage measurements with it safely?
If you can post pictures of your set with the back cover taken off, that would be a huge help as well.

Thanks again for the information. Never knew it wasn't called a Tcon on a Plasma. I just asked you that question in a private message regarding the other information that you sent me. For years I thought a Plasma tv had a backlight, and was like a lcd tv. Plasma tv is really a different kind if animal isn't it. I will take some voltage measurements and get back to you.
