Ive had my lgpk350 plasma for a good few years now (5/6) but 2016 seems to be the year of its demise. Ive so far this year had the power board repaired twice due to a stuck on standbye issue and today i had a frantic call whilst at work from the missus that the tv was "on fire"
Ive stripped the unit down again and diagnosed (very easily i might add) that the ysus board is possibly faulty (lol). Ive found the part from a second hand suplier but was informed to replace both frame buffers at the same time as the yaus As these could have caused the fault.
Looking for advice on if the frame buffers should be replaced at the same time also is it possible that these parts failing have caused my power board issues or is it the other way round? And is it worth replacing or is it just the end of the end for my favorite tv ever
