powers up but all i get is hello then error code PANASONIC DMR-EZ48V FAULT 99U. so replaced all the bad capacitors in the power board, also read up on how to reset the unit by holding the power button in for 10 seconds to reset the system and still coming up with the error code, i have checked all the other diodes and capacitors in both boards and they seem fine. so if anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated.....

Re: panasonic
Thank god they only made 1 type Panasonic tv so repair is easy!
No seriously , what kind of tv / soundbar / dvd is this? Is it a plasma tv or lcd or led? Type number?
Could you also post some pictures from all the boards inside the tv?
This way we can provide more help and hopefully come with a solution to your problem.Last edited by Moreno83; 10-22-2016, 06:17 AM.I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60! -

I think U99 is a common failure but I never found a fix for one I had. I suspect the DVD drive unit. I'm sure you've tried a google and get plenty to read but I'm not sure of a solutionComment

Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

by vf faHi, so i guess I´ll have to make a new topic here, as i browsed through hundreds of other threads but couldn't find a solution to my problem yet.
I got a EIZO CX270 from a friend. He said it doesn't work anymore and wont display any signal or take any OSD inputs. Well, as an aspiring photographer I couldn't say no, could I? Thought it was an easy game, replace a bad cap and have a working monitor. But nooope, it wasn't supposed to be this easy.
So let me start with the problem description. I'll try my best not to skip anything so this might get rather long.

by ngmlI am trying to repair an LG split AC indoor unit, which does not start and gives a CH05 error code.
This indicates an error in the communication between the outdoor and the indoor unit.
The outdoor unit is fine, so the problem is the indoor PCB.
The indoor unit is an LG PC09SQ NSJ (3SNM09JA2FA), and the PCB has the following type number: EAX35907219-1.2 (see photo1)
I changed optocouplers ICO1X & ICO2X and the NPN transistor S9013 which drives optocoupler ICO2X (see photo2), but this did not remedy the fault.
Does anybody have the schematics of this board,...2 Photos02-01-2025, 12:55 PM -
by valvashonYesterday I successfully repaired a Middle Atlantic UPS2200R-IP that had inadvertently been used as a surge suppressor at our transmitter site. It has already been replaced with an updated one but it's coming home with me now instead of being e-cycled. To be specific, this is the MA model that has the blue backlit display and has been discontinued, although this design may have been used in many UPS units including the smaller Middle Atlantic ones in this series.
Here's what happened: We experienced a brownout/surge at the site, which damaged the UPS and took our broadcasting... - Loading...
