tv work great very good pic but have lost sound even from head phone jack

powers up but all i get is hello then error code PANASONIC DMR-EZ48V FAULT 99U. so replaced all the bad capacitors in the power board, also read up on how to reset the unit by holding the power button in for 10 seconds to reset the system and still coming up with the error code, i have checked all the other diodes and capacitors in both boards and they seem fine. so if anyone has any ideas would be greatly appreciated........

hi i'm peter, just joined this site, i must say i have learn't quite a bit since joining so thank you everyone who has posted but i'm still having a little trouble with a soniq tv, all i'm getting is the standby light staying on if i press the power button the standby light flashes 5 times then goes back into standby mode.the power board where you test the standby i'm getting these readings.
