Dynex DX-L40-10A - HDMI Ports With Green Lines

These TV's are notorious for power issues, however I have not seen any reports of the HDMI ports going haywire. We have had a FireTV Stick and XBOX 360 connected with no issues up until now. I replaced the FireTV stick with a 2nd Gen FireTV and then the problems began. Now I do not believe this is related to the 2nd Gen FireTV but I had to mention it. The OTA TV Tuner works like a champ with a clear picture. Currently all three of the HDMI ports have green horizontal lines and the picture resets every few seconds. I have tried different devices, different HDMI cables, unplugging the TV for days at a time, and a factory reset on the TV from the service menu. Has anyone seen this behavior before? Any advice is appreciated.

Here is a link to the pictures.

Just from picture alone I can tell that the problem is on the main board. The OSD being clear gives that away. All I can think of right now is try heating or cooling (can of air upside down) parts of the main board, like the HDMI switch IC, main processor etc. See if you get different results on the screen.

I also would try something different on the HDMI input, like a laptop, a Blue Ray player, etc.
