334 is the clamp on amp meter with other meter function it is not true RMS. Not really for electronics troubleshooting. But what is the meter you are using right now?

OK, check the DCV at pin 4 (AC_RMS) and GND pin or the negative leg of the main filter cap C6330 (180uF 450vdc). The reading should show about 1.8VDC on pin 4.Never stop learning

This is becoming quite confusing.
You appear to measure no appreciable voltage at AC_DETIN input which is needed to tell the CXA3810M that the mains supply is on and the IC should then output a voltage to AC_DETOUT.
Also the VCC supply for the CXA3810M appears to be too low for it to start running.
Page 57 of the CXA3810M data sheet shows a typical voltage for it to start running of 11.0V
It also shows a typical voltage for the CXA3810M to stop running of VCC typically 9.6V
VCC maximum for the IC is 24V and the zener diode D6313 across the VCC and Ground input of the CXA3810M is a 22V zener diode so I would be expecting more than 9.8V at VCC but less then 24V.

So the circuit diagram is similar but not identical to your power supply.

Hi,
I’ve got a Sony KD-65XE8596 here that has no standby light coming on. I’ve tested the power board with the test meter, the TV needs 3.4 for the standby but only getting 2.4. Anything that I can change/check on the board to get it working? Pictures of the board are included.

I have a Sony 65x900f that I purchased cheap because of a no-power issue.
I assumed that because there is no standby light visible, it would be an easy fix - however upon opening up of the unit I can confirm that the 3v3 standby voltage is making it's way from the power supply to the main board. I'm a little confused as to why there is no standby light.
I am firstly wondering if anyone has this model of TV, or has worked on one and can give me some insight. I have tried to find a service manual for this model, to no avail - and would really appreciate... -
I have got a Sony HCD-BX7700dbi that isn't worth a lot but I'm keen to learn how to repair and would appreciate some help with my train of thought. The protection circuit is kicking in and the standby light is blinking. It goes into protection mode within a second of powering it on.
So far the relay on the power board that enables the main transformer clicks on and then off when powering on the unit. i am trying to repair a Sony KDL-55HX820 led TV which is throwing error code 4 (standby led flashing four times).
I followed the troubleshooting flowchart at page 69, and between pin1 and pin7 of CN6002 i am reading 1.91V so i guess i can rule out the B Board as the culprit.

Hi everyone, i am a newbie here and i hope i will find the help i need. I have the above mentioned receiver with standby transformer's primary coil damaged. I have searched the net without success to find any tech data about this transformer. I have only the Sony part number1-437-313-11 and TAM Malaysia M0126. I guess i could find replacement for it, but i need to know the secondary coil voltages and VA. It is 220v on the primary.
