Anyone have any ideas on this ?

Tv doesn't turn on at all no power light no nothing ..

I tested for voltages and have +12 volts + 12 volts and 12 volts on the +12 colt audio pin no other voltages are present ..

The connector on the power supply that goes to the main board has label for each pin.
So what DCV do you have on all those pins?
You must put down the pin name follow by the DCV reading for each pin.

+5 volts: 0.00
+12 volts: 12.89

Next one not labeled but I bet 2.90 volts

Bottom row working left to right

OK, we need to find out why you do not have the 5V.
Can you please provide the STRAIGHT shot picture of the top and the bottom side of the board so I can trace the circuit and see how the 5V is generated?

OK, looking at your picture I see that the 5V circuit is not being stuffed with parts that is why there is no 5V supply. Jumper J911 is not there?
Can we see the pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards?

It looks like they make many versions of this model.

Next one not labeled but I bet 2.90 volts
Dim:0.07

The 2.90 should be for the pin ON/OFF (BL-ON:Backlights ON/OFF), <1V = OFF, >2.5V = ON.

The DIM control signal is bad, it should not be low like that, the signal is generated by the main board.
You will have to try disconnecting that DIM wire from the connector and see if it will go to >1Vdc.
At this point you have main board problem.

I can't get it to come up to 1 volt. ..
Also the pin that measured 2.89 volts now only has 0.98 volts onkoy

Those two signals are generated by the main board, for it to go up the power switch has to be ON. You will have to fix the main board.
