    Samsung UN60FH6003FXZA

My question is this......I purchased a repair kit from shop jimmy that came with 3 boards. The t con, power supply, main board. After swapping the boards out it still didn't work. I found this forum and I quickly located the real problem, the leds. Well during the swap of boards and ultimately tearing the panel apart I've managed to mix the boards up. I am not trying to get over on anybody at all besides my old boards work fine. I just don't want to run into any problems returning the boards for a refund. Would anybody be able to tell me how I can identify which boards are my original boards? There has to be some form of serial number I just can't figure out how to marry them up to my tv. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.

One last thing, I've found a full set of leds online and they list in the description that these replacement leds will work on a tv with the same panel number as my tv and has the same part number but they came out of a different model tv. I remember watching a video from shop jimmy where they said that leds are panel specific. Does this mean that if the panel numbers and part numbers match I'm good to go?

Well, I could but because I've spent two days searching the net for these bad boys and they only have one kit left I think I'll hold off on sharing the link.

Where I'm having trouble though is with all these part numbers. My panel part number matches exactly and the numbers on the led strip match but other numbers don't match

I can't believe it! I went to order the leds from the site I found and when I clicked "buy" the page refreshed and said "page not found". This is insane. I guess I'm going to have to purchase the leds in individual strips. The saga continues......

Ok, I feel like a real douche. I apologize Marino, you were just trying to help me out and I appreciate that. I want to give an update to my repair.
Ok, I located a full set of LEDs on Ebay. They came from a different model Samsung tv but the numbers on the LED strips themselves matched do I gambled and it was compatible, awesome, right....yes and no. I had them installed and I tested to make sure they worked and they did. I was so relieved that I finally could get this thing put back together and off the floor in our spare bedroom/wife's closet. Everything was going great and upon snapping in the bezel I hear a faint "tick"sound and I knew what it was. THE SCREEN CRACKED!!!! Are you kidding me? This has been an adventure and I feel that I will succeed next time.

By the way, I've got a full set of LEDs that I don't need now and the seller on Ebay claimed to accept returns but of course they aren't responding to my emails. I wouldn't mind it if the seller would just tell me that he won't refund me on the leds. It's the fact that they are ignoring me that really gets me fired up. I opened a PayPal account just to buy these things and now I'm getting all kind of random text messages and emails. I knew this was gonna happen, lol. So if anybody would like these Leds, hit me up and I'll let them go for a discount.

I agree that returns should be accepted when the parts are faulty or not as advertised otherwise if you receive what was advertised then in my honest opinion it doesn't fall into the "returns accepted" bracket.

However after saying that I sell on ebay and I would accept a return if the buyer contacts me with the information. All I would ask for is that they cover the cost of posting it back.

The seller should have the decency to reply to your emails.

Yeah, that is how I feel too. If the screen wouldn't have broke I wouldn't want to return them, obviously. I wouldn't even make a big stink if they said no because I already installed them. I'm just trying to be completely honest with the people but I think they are stalling so time passes. I'm not trying to screw anybody out of anything. As a matter of fact, when I went to pick up the package at my mailbox (mailbox etc.) I noticed they shipped the LEDs in a round tube with caps on the ends. There was only one cap though, the other was missing. The LEDs were rolled up in a fedex bag and stuffed into the tube. All I had to do was grab the bag and pull it out which makes me wonder how many times they slid out before they arrived at my box. I quickly emailed the seller and notified them and they responded right away. It was like 7 pm Pacific coast time in the states so it was 10pm on the east coast where they came from. My point is, I know they are getting my emails and ignoring them. That is the only complaint I have.

I'd really like to know a part number for the led's only, so I could just replace each individual led. I've been doing it on the LG, Toshiba, and Vizio's. Has turned out great.
