I should have said to check Q3 in diode mode.

    Edit
I'm off now but it would also be worth your while checking the resistances of the transformers (ohms setting) and compare them to each other.

I ordered one inverter board would it make sense to just plug that board in when it comes in and try each board one at a time

Something wrong on the inverter(s). Did you compare the transformers on the inverter board(s) wi) your ohm meter yet? If there is a difference of more than 3% the transformer is bad. I didn't read the whole 44 posts.

Lol I know there's a lot. Ok each transformer has 6 posts and 4 on the opposite side how would I test them thanks

Test the secondary winding of each transformer. I think yours has 2 transformers to one bigger unit. Compare each pair with your DMM set in ohms mode.

Also sometimes the transformers need to be resoldered. Is this a single inverter or a master /slave (two) inverter design?

Well there is 6 of those boards and only one has the brown spot now the other 5 have a little brown under each transformer but not bad and in my eyes looks normal but the spot near the chip looks werd. Also I see no loos chips or transformers

The transformer doesn't have to be lose, just one bad solder connection is enough. The 2seconds to black issue you have sounds like a classical bad secondary on one of these transformers. What happens is that the inverter shuts down because of over current protection kicking in. If a transistor, diode or ic would be bad, the backlight wouldn't come on at all. So either a ccfl is bad or more likely one or more of these transformers are bad. As darker the brown spot under the transformer, indicates more heat. More heat = bad transformer. So compare the secondaries of each transformer. Anything that has a difference of 3%, it is bad.

I doubt this thing has 6 inverter boards built in there. Either it has one or two. Can we see high resolution, straight shot pictures of your boards?

Ok so on the transforms on the side that has the six prongs if I test the good board the side by side terminals are like 750 and on the bad board or the board I think is bad they are 1550

Test the secondaries of the transformers. You tested the primary.

Re: Please help I'm loosing my mind 65" tv

I see now how it works. That's why it is always important to post pictures of all the boards, or even the whole back side of the tv. One pic can say 1000 words to us.

The secondary has 4 pins and there a two transformers in each. So you have 2 outputs. 2x2= 4 pins on the secondary. Test each pair.

Another thing: check the 2 SMD capacitors on each transformer output. Resolder those if nessesary.
