Hi guys, i have a dead TV set with original MSD309.8B 10304 Mbo shorted somewhere in traces / RAM (voltage regulator just gets too hot and drops voltage). Easiest solution is to replace a mbo.
Anyhow, is it possible to replace it with similar MSD306.8B 10305 or T.MSD306.8B 10305.
I see that all connectors are the same, so should it work with my lcd pane and just have a different firmware on itl?
(reason, original board is 50-70$, which is beyond economical repair cost)
