Failed Opto Ic on a 24" Aiki Lcd Tv power supply this was causing loss of all voltages and causing the Psu to make a ticking noise. Replacing the Ic sorted the Tv still going strong today. Hopefully help

Opto's are rare to fail, but it does happen. I switched one on a PS2 PSU and a capacitor. Also still working to this day.

Cool also yes very rare out of all 475 Tv's I have fixed never seen one fail until then which I think was Jan this year when I did this maybe cant remember exactly as rendered it after then.
