need repairman 18433 pa
Anyone good at led repair? I have a beautiful 55" Samsung tv. Im 99.8 sure leds is burned out as no back light. Tv is coming on with sound and think pic with flashlight, but zero back light. LEDS are nowhere to be found online. Similar models are edge lit with a strip left and right side. Im not good at soldering or breaking these down without cracking screen. I kinda want to save it for myself. So what repair shop close to scranton pa that is proficient with stacking repair of leds?...

Re: RCA TV LED32B30RQ Flashing Screen
Worked for me as well. Not exact model, but damn near close. Massive flickering like a strobe, even power saver mode mentioned on one youtube couldn't save it. Just slowed it down. Cut adj wire and all good. Mine had a 4 pin connector but only 2 wires. One was led off/on other adj. The other 2 pins were off/on as well as adj just not used.. So im assuming the psu is used in multiple sets. I did notice some burning on the psu like it got hot, but tv is running fine. I love this place!

Did you ever get the vizio firmware dumps? I have two but need to confirm one of them. Finding these are like pulling your own teeth.

Re: Inspiron laptop boots to white screen with tested replacement screen assembly
That can happen if the pin wiring is incorrect, wrong resolution etc.
My gut says screen is not compatible with lappy or in the least the lvds cable is wired wrong.
How do I know this? I bought a lcd tester standalone. I have seen the same scenario with wrong res and lvds cable. Switch to right lvds or right rez...all fixed.
You cans earch my name for the reviews on the tester a bit back.
On a sidenote, I kick myself in the ass. I tossed $400 worth...

Adjust to voltage needed for input and output. I currently use it for leds I made into nightlights for my sexy time bedroom...red light district wink wink!!
I took tv leds and spray painted blood red, works awsome......Re: LED backlight tester circuit<br ...voltage needed

Re: Vizio fading Light asking for help and Thank you
Closes thing I have is this, looks very similar. Except polarition lenses are different. There is a whole set of them from one tv, but some strips have 6 leds instead of 5.
Maybe you can make them work?
I'm here and there.....quickest method is 5705071838 to reach me.
I can take pictures of the entire set of strips if you want....

Re: Vizio fading Light asking for help and Thank you
Got pics of the strips? I may have them or comparable? Depends more on the panel than the tv....and I do think I have a known good set here. I wont charge much for them.Last edited by ozzy214; 08-30-2016, 11:13 PM.

Re: Need Source for Refrigerator Motor
How many you want? I used to scrap heavily and have a ton of those same "design" motors. Just got to match the two wires for polarity and the shaft size... done. Whats the big deal?
Fuck I took a compressor motor from a old fridge and turned it into a cooling fan for a industrial size battery charger.
Where there is a will, there is way. So go outside find something scrap with a semi identical motor and install it.

Re: Unhappy VIZIO E500i-B1 Powers on then shuts off within a few seconds
Sounds like a bad eeprom or corrupted eeprom chip to me. You can try using a can of air to freeze the chip. If cold, it comes on every time, then change it.
Sadly it doesnt look like anyone is selling on at this time.

Re: ASUS Radeon R9 280X R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 3GB crashing
Exactly my thoughts. I played with it for several days and crashed every time. No matter what I did. Different drivers, etc. Became stable with lower clock, but ran like shit performance wise. Very low score in 3dmark etc. So it went back where it came from......

Re: ASUS Radeon R9 280X R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 3GB crashing
Probaly that is the key. IDK..sent it back. I love how the seller kept telling me it was fine and ran dual monitors. They even said they were going to file a usps claim as it must have been damaged in transit. Ya ok buddy, what ya smoking? Running dual monitors is not the same as gaming....

Re: ASUS Radeon R9 280X R9280X-DC2T-3GD5 3GB crashing
Wasnt power supply. Put a 730 watt psu in and same thing. So sent card back to ebay seller as defective. I was able to get card stable by under clocking it, so im thinking the factory clock was unstable or something was failing on the card.
