LED four string driver fault U500 MP3394S also change Mosfet Q502 MDD14N25 and check limit resistors.look up data for MP3394S to see how it works and how string are connected to the driver

Reecey see when i test in standby from chassis to red im getting 11.5v then goes to 200v wen on then drops back down is that ok i noticed in u vid yours starts at 24v

Psu is faulty then do what flock says, should have told us this before tearing it apart lol

Ive put the old psu back in and ive now got backlight but still no picture so i have sound and backlight but no display lol where do i go from here ps the new board i bought from ebay will be getting sent back

Unplug half the t-con and see if you get a picture.

The t con is the board thats attached to the lcd panel?

What is happening here, originally you said no backlight but lcd working, then flash of backlight, now backlight no lcd ?

A had no back light to start with n bought psu from ebay then once fitted a was just getting a flash so stripped screen done yhe soldering of connectors n stuff tested all the leds then still just a flash so a tried the old psu back in it and now the backlight is on and working but i dnt have any display on screen just sound and backlight lol im not a pro ha just tryin to learn

Ok take the plastic cover off and make sure the two ribbons going to the screen boards are in properly.

Theres only 1 ribbon goes to the screen boards

There should be two, they come out the Tcon into the two boards bonded to the Lcd screen ?

Theres no seperate t con board the ribbon comes from main board straight to one of the screen boards then theres 2 small ribbons connected between the 2 screen boards

Ahh right thats an Cmo panel, also you see the two little ribbons that link the two boards try reseating them.

Awesome work, Ive had that before on them Cmo screens actually in a Vestel 39" I have actually done a video on it lol hopefully sorted for good now. Remember to turn the backlight down to low buddy if not you will get an Led fault lol
