    Toshiba 40FT2U power board testing

The TV would not turn on. pulled power board and checked the outputs. The 5v wake up is good and i assume I have to jump something to power up the others. The pins are marked as follows. 1-BLON 2-DIM 3-ACD 4PWON 5 and 6-5VCC 7-NC 8 and 9-12Vcc 10 11 and 12-GND 13 and 14-VA 15 and 16-GND. Any help would be much depreciated.

Remove the jack from the Main Bd that comes from the Power Bd. Plug in the TV to 120Vac and see if the backlights come ON. Not sure if this Power Bd comes with pull-Up resistors.

Check the DCV of all those pins with all the boards connected and WITHOUT all the boards connected to the power supply board, then report the readings.
We also need good clear pictures of the boards.
