This tv has no stdby light but when i press the power i can see the T-CON light blink, set is not on, what can i do?

Upload photos of the boards would be a start.
Check vs and va voltages (power supply)
Check vsc/vscan vch voltages on the y-sustain.
Check VE voltage on the X-main. -

another part of it, but i have a question you said i should check vs va and others, if those voltages are missing will it stop the standby light from lighting? because i checked there is stby 5v present from the power

When you press the power button on remote it triggers 5v standby to go to the main board and a return signal is then sent back to the power board (ps-on or rl-on or similar) telling it to turn on all the other voltages including Va Vs. Read through other posts on how to jumper stdby and ps-on so that main board is bypassed. If voltages then all come up the main board is suspect if they don't come up then powerboard is suspect but check again with y and x boards disconnected.

In this set the vs is 205v va 57v with some other voltage all are there which makes me believe the power is good, in my first post i used the word t-con, please sorry not t-con this set is plasma so i mean CTRL board, once i press the power i see the light in ctrl responding but still no stdby light, i have not checked any voltage in y or zsus board yet

I forgot the vs and va voltage come as soon as i plug the set to light even without pressing power so i don't know if is correct in that way

The TV is a 2013 Samsung plasma, model # PN60F5300AFXZA.
Snagged it up in non-working condition a couple years ago. Previous owner said that sometimes he could get it to come on after repeated tries but other than that he couldn't get it to turn on.
Personally I haven't been able to get it to turn on at all. The standby light comes on solid when plugged in, but pressing the power button results in the standby light flashing once every 4 or so seconds. No "click" noises, no light from the panel at all. Just the flashing standby light.

I got the tv in spring 2024. At that time it started, then ran 60 sec and poweroff. Seemed like reboot issue. I didn't have time and room to check it in summer so I plugged it in and now the standby light is on. I press button on remote, standby light goes off and tries to start?. I've got a problem with a Samsung UE60KS7000 that was given to me and said that there was a problem with the One Connect box but as I understand the TV should turn on even with the One Connect box disconnected (which it doesn't). There is no stand by light.
I've disconnected the Main Board from the PSU and when connecting to mains the backlight turns on which suggests the PSU might be ok. I've measured the voltages out of the PSU and they seem reasonable (like the labels say). The main board has no obvious burns, there are no shorts on the power rails anywhere.... -

Tonight I picked up a Samsung UN65NU6900FXZA with a curious issue.
Symptoms:
1) Plug TV in to AC outlet, stand-by light illuminates briefly and goes out.
2) TV does not appear to turn on
3) Backlights do not illuminate, voltages associated with backlights on Power Supply are not present
4) "Power on" terminal on Power Supply has 3.26v
5) "A13V" terminals have 12.9v
6) Stand-by test jumper on Power Supply has 12.9V
7) Optical audio jack on Main Board illuminates
8) With stand-by...
