Vizio m3d650sv no led logo, surge from lightning

Hello guys. I have a vizio M3d650sv that was in a house struck by lightning. The tv logo will not light up. Hitting the power button does nothing. I checked the standby voltage and there is 5volts going to the main board. I have checked diodes, resistors, and some capacitors. I also put 3.3v on the remote pin and get 12v, 18v, and 24v on the other pins. However, at the lower part of the board, i hear a faint clicking aound every couple of seconds. As long as that is normal, then i assume the issue is in the main board. I am lost at what to do next. I cannot find any schematics. The power supply board is available, but the main board is not anymore. The power supply board part# is a Vizio 0500-0507-0920 (delta ps DPS-353AP). The main board part# is Visio 3665-0042-0395 (AmTran 3665-0042-0150(4b)) sn: LATAMEAM5001515.
I have called and emailed many places to get schematics or options and no one will help even if I offer some money. If anyone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it greatly. Thank you.
I will try to get pictures up asap.

I don't know much about these vizios but can you take a close up of the main board?
By the looks of it,the main fuse blew and you put your contraption in ?
When you measure the 12,18 etc volts on the power supply, are they steady or fluctuate with the "clicking" you hear?
It's not uncommon that when lightning strikes,a tv gets a double whammy,it hits them in the power supply and also hits them on the mainboard via the incoming cables from the cable box etc.

Yes the contraption is another ceramic fuse. I just threw it in there for testing because no one around here had the solder in fuses. I do believe that they fluctuate voltages with the clicking sound.

Exactly what did you mean "put 3.3v to the remote pin"?

In other vizio posts, you disconnect the main board and externally give the remote on/off pin on the power supply 3.3v to test the board by itself. This should give you 12v,18v, & 24v respectively.
