Sony kdl-60ex645 no picture ony sound

i been troubleshooting this tv and there no picture i already did all tricks and nothing...i did disconnect one side of t-con to see if there's image on one side but no luck in both sides...i thought that it was a main board problem but neither any luck......this TVs require firmware update....i replace the boar and the problem is the same... i dismantle the tv to check for the BONDING TABS and everything seems ok, i notice that they are cold not even get any heat as normal use and even the t-con its cold, but already try another tcon.

12V at both ends of the fuse?
            Pictures of the whole T-CON?

Are there any DCV on the positive leg for those 3 silver body SMD electrolytics caps?

SMD transistor is shorted..saw a video that shopjimmy has with this same t-con and they explain that if that small smd transistor was shorted it was caused by the panel it self being shorted by that shorting the t-con even if I add a new t-con..
I mark on the left the smd transistor shorted....the others make with 0v when tv is on,,fuse on both sides mark 12.5v
