It has a serial number. I don't see a chassis number. I have ordered several service manuals with model numbers. I do know this one is made by ON CORP

Don't mind him,he's the village idiot. Stupid advise and always wrong.Bit of a loser really.We suspect he's one of those "living in mommies basement" types.You know,fat,smelly,think they know something but fail at everything except,sadly, breathing.
Sorry you had to run into him.

Back to what's important,why don't you tell us what's going on with your set?
The more details the better,pictures of the entire backside of set,and of each board would greatly aid in helping you.

If you find a service manual they are usually of little help, try going to shopjimmy and see whats available, sometimes they have repair kits to repair a problem and by seeing what parts need to be replaced you can check your board and see if those parts have indeed failed, If they are out of a particular board it's a good chance thats where your problem goud be. I see they have eeproms available for this model so that might be a possible cause of the (unknown at this time ) problem? they also list similar models so that might also help tracking down a manual etc.
