    Westinghouse CW50T9XW

Hello, this is my first post here, so I hope I do it right.
I have a Westinghouse CW50T9XW set that's quite ill. I picked it up at a recycle shop for $20, hoping I could get it working and replace my smaller 720p set that I have now.

Anyway, here's what I've found so far and what I've tried.
TV will power on with panel buttons.
    Backlight powers on.
    No picture display.
Have been unable to check audio functions.
TV will power off with panel buttons, and back on again.

My diagnosis was a bad EEPROM, essentially the TV software was non-existent.
I scoured the web for the EEPROM and could not find one anywhere.
I then looked for a matching main board. I found one as advertised for the TV model, ordered it up to try.
Now, the original main board is a T.RSC8.10A 11153. The replacement was a T.RSC8.10B 12305. I had seen in another thread that these boards were interchangeable, but the other way around, so I gave it a shot. Still the same symptoms. Power, backlight, no picture, audio unknown.
So, then I removed the EEPROM from both main boards and swapped them. Same symptoms with both replacement and original main boards with swapped EEPROMS.

Earlier this week, I found a part matching main board, the 11153 board with a sticker on back showing 1A2G1741 - 000004843 AND V500HJ1 - L01 (panel number). Ordered it and got it in yesterday. Same problem. The newest board matches my original in every way, even the EEPROM is the same part number, but it appears as if the seller put blue paint on the EEPROM legs. Perhaps an old swaparoo preventive measure.

Anyway, I'm just hoping someone here might have a bright idea as to what else the issue may be, IF it's not the EEPROM.
    OR
Perhaps someone knows where I can source the EEPROM for this board?

    Summary.
TV works great except picture display and unknown audio function.
Replacement main boards have had same symptoms.
    Main board part number T.RSC8.10A 11153 / 1A2G1741
    EEPROM part number AE1210 / 25Q32S1P / E4E67

Pictures attached are all three main boards and the power board. Inverter and T-Con are hidden under the panel.

I suspect a bad panel, or if you're lucky, a bad TCON. TCON under the panel? Are you sure that it's not under a shield at the top of the back?

Well, yes. The T-Con isn't really under the panel, but it is stuck under the plastic frame bezel.
What can I test to rule out a bad panel?
I did unplug the T-Con harness from the main board and didn't see any changes on the panel.
I'm not the most technically skilled but my friend has an oscilloscope and he's very skilled at this kind of stuff.

The manufacturer wouldn't bury any board under a difficult-to-remove bezel.

We need to see the whole back side of the TV so we can see how all the boards are connected together. The LCD panel may have integrated T-CON so it will not be replaceable.

Either it's built into the main board, or its this board under the plastic framing.

It is in there, and tab bonded to the panel, so not replaceable. At least, not by me. I have the main board removed but here is the rest with the back cover off.

There should be a fuse on that Integrated T-CON board, or the main board is not sending the DCV to run the board.
You can also look up the spec sheet for that LCD panel.

T-Con fuse checks out, and it's getting voltage from the main board.
I'm mainly focused on finding an EEPROM for it, or a blank with the .BIN file to write to it and put into the main board.
But if I'm looking in the wrong direction please let me know.

My panel is different from the listed E12090219 number. So, yep, I checked there. And I've been scouting the rest of the web for a compatible and working main board with the proper EEPROM.

Is it possible to upgrade from a Vestel 17MB97 main board to a 17MB110 Main board?
                          by cheeky2
I suppose the real question is whether the existing pinouts from ether a 17IPS71 psu are cross compatible with a 17IPS12 psu? If they are then the exchange of the main boards should have no issues providing the screen is compatible with both main boards. Obviously you can change the screen configurations easily enough (providing you have the correct files) for the main board. Why may you ask would I do this? Well a lot of the smart features are no longer working on a Hitachi 48HBT62U main board I wish to give it a new lease of life!
Obviously the same LVDS connector for the screen connection...

Last Sunday I was watching a dvd and fell asleep for about half hour, when I awoke the tv screen was black and couldn't get the dvd menu to show, so I changed the input to antenna and had sound but no picture, turned it off. I tore apart my instrument cluster for my 2008 Toyota Corolla made in 2007 in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada and pcb location: IC6=EEPROM is a surface mounted device with part # of 93C46W7, some claim the EEPROM out of a Camry part # 93C56 will allow odometer to roll over 299 999 KM or miles. The data sheet for both is below:

                          https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...c6e42b20d3.pdf 2

Anyone know if the Camry one will work on my Corolla?. And which EEPROM reader/writers do you all recommend I purchase that will allow me to read the old values of the old...

                          Hi everyone,

I’m looking for help with a persistent issue on an LG TV model 55NANO77SRA, which uses the main board EBU66792103 (also used in LG UQ80 and NANO75/NANO80 series).

                          🧩 Problem Summary:
                          • The TV keeps scrolling through the menu or selecting items by itself.
                          • I removed the physical button board (the entire panel with power and volume buttons) and also disconnected the flat cable (CN202) from the main board.
                          • The remote control is not in use (batteries removed), and the TV still shows the same behavior.

                          Hoping someone here could possibly help. I have a few questions in regards to compatibility with main boards. But I'll give a quick short run down on what's going on first;

I have Samsung Smart TV UA65MU6100WXXY version DA01

Now years ago it started intermittently playing up after a lighting strike. Lighting hit the block of units i was living in at the time. Ever since that night the TV started having a mind of its own, It would randomly turn itself off or on, and all inputs stopped responding like HDMI, aerial, but USB still worked. Anyway, over the next few months...
